We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Manager to oversee our CPAP program and support exceptional home-based respiratory services. In this role, you'll lead a talented team of respiratory specialists and coordinators, ensuring patients receive the highest level of care across Maryland, DC, and Virginia.If you're an experienced respiratory therapist with leadership skills and a commitment to patient-centered care, we'd love to hear from youKey ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and DevelopmentGuide and support a team of CPAP specialists, complex care coordinators, and respiratory therapists.Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to professional standards.Recruit, train, and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.Patient Care ExcellenceEnsure compassionate and effective care for patients with complex respiratory needs.Collaborate with managers to maintain high clinical standards and a seamless patient experience.Work closely with the Quality and Safety Manager to address patient safety concerns and implement improvements.Program DevelopmentLead the growth and advancement of the CPAP program, enhancing services and patient support.Monitor referral trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.Develop educational resources to help patients and their families navigate their respiratory care plans successfully.Operational and Financial ManagementAssist in budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure efficient resource allocation.Track productivity and ensure the team meets program goals.Provide input on staffing needs and resource distribution for program success.Collaboration and CommunicationShare program updates and key insights with staff and leadership.Maintain open communication across teams to align goals and address challenges effectively.What We're Looking ForRegistered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a passion for patient care.Leadership and management experience in a clinical or homecare setting.Strong communicator and team player who enjoys mentoring others.Knowledge of CPAP programs and respiratory care standards (NBRC, AARC, The Joint Commission).Education & ExperienceAssociate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.Licensed RRT required.Minimum of five years of respiratory care experience.Why Join Us?Be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team dedicated to improving lives.Opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with exceptional colleagues.Make a meaningful impact on patient care and the community.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $33.74 - $61.27 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).Comprehensive benefits package prioritizing employee well-being.Support for continued education and career development.We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding patient care.Join us and make a difference todayEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 33.00 61.00 Per Hour
