We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Strategy & Operations to lead and manage global marketing, sales, and support operations for our Integrated Customer Group. This role requires a strategic and analytical leader who can drive business performance, streamline operations, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.Reporting directly to the SVP of Strategy & Operations, this position plays a key role in shaping the company's go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will partner closely with executive leadership to execute high-impact initiatives, optimize operational efficiencies, and drive revenue growth. If you are passionate about building high-performing teams, driving strategic decision-making, and improving business operations, this is an exciting opportunity for youKey Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales operations strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, HR, IT, and GTM Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.Revenue Optimization: Implement best practices for lead management, sales pipeline execution, and partner sales contribution.Technology Integration: Partner with Revenue Enablement and IT to evaluate and implement tools that enhance operational effectiveness.Performance Metrics & Insights: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership.Talent Development: Build and lead a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.Qualifications:15+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record in driving business results.Prior experience in SaaS is required.Ability to manage the full spectrum of Sales, Marketing, and Support Operations, including setting strategy and roadmaps.Strong ability to build relationships across GTM, Finance, HR, Product, and IT teams.Experience leading global teams and fostering collaboration across different time zones.Expertise in industry best practices and the ability to provide thought leadership.Strong executive presence and experience working with C-level executives.Bachelor's degree required.Compensation & Work Environment:Annual Salary Range: $262,650 - $355,350 USD + Variable Compensation (where applicable)Compensation is based on factors including location, experience, and job-related skills.Hybrid work model: In-office presence required 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.Additional perks include equity options, flexible PTO, wellness benefits, commuter benefits, and parental leave.Commitment to Inclusion:We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
