About the Role

We are looking for a
Technical Lead
with
10+ years of experience
in modern software technologies to provide
architectural direction, technical guidance, and delivery oversight
across multiple modernization and integration projects.

You'll play a pivotal role in
defining technical strategy, mentoring teams, and ensuring the successful delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the
    technical vision
    across multiple projects.
  • Provide hands-on
    architectural and code review
    to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and integration teams for cohesive project delivery.
  • Translate business requirements into
    modular, cloud-ready architectures
    .
  • Drive best practices in design, documentation, and coding standards.
  • Lead teams across
    frontend, backend, integration, and infrastructure domains
    .
  • Ensure smooth
    CI/CD
    and
    AWS infrastructure
    operations (EKS, EC2, IAM, ALBs, CloudWatch).
  • Oversee
    authentication & authorization
    systems (Okta, Keycloak) and
    integration platforms
    (Boomi, MuleSoft).
  • Stay up to date with emerging tech, frameworks, and industry trends.

PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in
    software development and architecture
