Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, or LPC) to join our growing practice on a part-time basis. The position offers flexibility to work in-person, remotely via telehealth, or in a hybrid model, depending on your preference and patient needs.

The ideal candidate is warm, insightful, and dedicated to delivering high-quality psychotherapy in a collaborative, professional setting. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys autonomy while being part of a collegial and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy to adults and/or adolescents
  • Collaborate on shared patient care when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in occasional case consultation and team discussions
  • Option to build a caseload gradually, with strong administrative and referral support

Qualifications

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) psychologist, social worker, or professional counselor in Pennsylvania
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with high-functioning adult populations a plus
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation
