About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously coordinated to create memorable experiences for our clients and attendees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including conferences, meetings, workshops, and social gatherings.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine event objectives, themes, and layouts that align with their vision.
  • Identify and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure contracts and services required for successful events.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Oversee event marketing and promotional activities to drive attendance and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and vendor interactions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and event planning tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
