Delivery Driver ($21.75/hr) - Immediate Openings

T&D Transportation LLC is actively hiring motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as a Delivery Driver. We offer immediate openings for both full-time and part-time positions, delivering Amazon packages out of our Bedford, OH location.About the Role

As a Delivery Driver (Delivery Associate), you will be the face of our service, responsible for accurately and efficiently delivering packages to customers. We are dedicated to ensuring all our employees feel appreciated and acknowledged for their hard work, and we are looking for individuals who are MOTIVATED, ACTIVE, and EAGER TO LEARN in a FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $21.75 per hour (paid weekly)
  • Payday Advance available.
  • Full-Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Paid-Time Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO).

Scheduling

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time shifts:

  • Full-Time: A 4-day work week (shifts are 8-10 hours).
  • Part-Time: A 2-3 day work week (shifts are 8-10 hours).

The starting location for this Delivery Driver role is: 24800 Miles Rd, Bedford, OH 44146

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

The primary responsibility of the Delivery Driver is to successfully handle and deliver packages (up to 50 lbs) in a safe and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (We do not test for marijuana).
  • Must possess a clean motor vehicle report.
  • Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
