We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and integrate Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. The ideal candidate will champion development best practices, ensure scalability, and enhance user experience through Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external systems.

Candidates need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience developing custom Salesforce applications and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation tools.
  • Deep familiarity with building integrations using Apex REST APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
  • Proven ability to review and debug code, identifying root causes of issues.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical solutions and trade-offs.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator).
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and Git version control.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise integration solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Champion development and integration standards, best practices, and deliverables.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, test methods, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business needs.
  • Build integrations between Salesforce and other platforms using Apex REST APIs or integration ETL tools.
  • Develop scalable processes and components using native Salesforce features where possible.
  • Debug and review LWC components, identifying and resolving code issues efficiently.
  • Validate project scope, plans, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Participate in implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions of Salesforce solutions.
  • Utilize appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve technical issues.
  • Research, analyze, and recommend new technologies, processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Define project scope, plans, and deliverables, including proposed implementation dates.
