Jack n Harry's is the new bar and restaurant in the same space as Kelsey's in Merritt Island. We are looking for fun and friendly people to join our team. Read the job description below and if this sounds like you, then we would love to meet you.

We are looking for bartenders and servers or people who are willing to do both. Teamwork is the key here. Some Things you have to do:

Opens and closes the bar/restaurant for guests following Company policies and procedures. Maintains the bar and restaurant area in a clean, well-organized manner while serving and assisting guests.

General Knowledge, Skill and Ability

· Be Happy

· How to mix a wide variety of drinks. Great Beer knowledge.

· Excellent customer service skills. Nobody waits.

· Diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.

· Open and close bar and/or restaurant, obtain all supplies necessary for mixing cocktails, and cleans and maintains areas for which is responsible.

· Greet guest quickly and efficiently

· Work in a fast-paced environment.

· Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.

· Be Knowledgeable of Food and Beverage products

· Have Fun

EDUCATION: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: One or more years' experience bartending or serving required. Two or more years' experience bartending preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Requires ability to walk and stand during entire shift. Requires ability to lift up to 30 pounds intermittently during the work day. Requires the ability mop a floor, reach, stretch, and bend in routine daily events.
