Description

SWE Homes and its affiliates have nearly 40 years of success in the residential and commercial real estate market. As we continue expanding across Texas and other states, we remain focused on operational excellence, growth, and entrepreneurial innovation.

We are seeking an experienced Property Listings & Marketing Coordinator. You will help shape customers' first impressions, ensure accurate property information, and support lead-to-sale conversion for the largest seller-financing real estate company in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Gather property information from Acquisitions and photos from Inspection teams. Coordinate pricing with CEO and VP of Real Estate Sales. Prepare and upload property listings with photos and descriptions to:
Company Website Facebook Marketplace MLS (in collaboration with MLS Specialist). Update listings based on property improvements and new photography. Ensure all property data is accurately entered and maintained in Zoho CRM. Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on SWE Homes' social platforms. Qualify and categorize leads by interest level and potential. Enter qualified leads into CRM and assign to sales team members. Serve as the first point of contact for customers who express interest online. Introduce SWE Homes, SWE Lending, The Preserve of Texas, and other related services. Capture customer needs and ensure smooth transition into the sales pipeline. Assist with email, text, and newsletter campaigns to nurture leads. Support lead nurturing and drip campaigns in Zoho CRM. Train new sales team members on CRM usage. Analyze CRM and campaign performance data to optimize strategies. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys at closings. Assist with company-hosted events and community outreach activities. Contribute creative ideas for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team on cross-brand campaigns (SWE Homes, SWE Lending, The Preserve of Texas).

 Qualifications:

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. Experience: 2–3 years in marketing coordination, property listings, or related role. Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

 Skills:

Proven experience with social media management, lead generation, or customer engagement. Strong writing skills for property descriptions and marketing copy. Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho preferred), Canva, and marketing automation tools. Understanding of the real estate or lending industry preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.Qualifications
