Diamond Z Training Center is a premier facility which can host various groups and events. We specialize in the dental industry; collaborating with Watson Dental Laboratory. We deliver innovative education and training that support the needs of modern dentistry.

We are seeking a dynamic professional to serve in a dual role: Training Center Manager for Diamond Z Training Center and administrative assistant to the president at Watson Dental Lab. This unique position offers the opportunity to shape a new training center initiative while also supporting executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Training Manager – Diamond Z Training Center

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Training Center.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and execution of training sessions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, trainers, and participants.
  • Maintain professional facility standards, including AV systems, setup, and materials.
  • Track performance measures (attendance, feedback, sponsor ROI).
  • Support marketing efforts by providing content for social media and outreach.

Executive Assistant – Watson Dental Lab

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
  • Assist in strategic initiatives, reporting, and coordination across leadership teams.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in event management, training coordination, or executive support a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, event platforms, and AV systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends depending on training events.
