Role Overview

We seeking an accomplished and strategic Project Executive to join our innovative, expanding, solution-based construction management firm. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives on relationship-building, regional oversight, and operational excellence to drive exceptional results in a collaborative environment.

  • Collaborative Communicator: You create synergy between teams, clients, and marketing initiatives to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.  

Requirements

Your Role 

  • Customer & Employee Relations: Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Foster a supportive and accountable culture by mentoring and empowering project teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and other stakeholders to support long-term success.
  • Regional Project Oversight & Scheduling: Direct strategic planning and scheduling across regional projects to optimize efficiency and resource utilization. Oversee project sequencing and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring projects remain on track. 
  • Risk Management & Quality Assurance: Lead comprehensive risk assessments, identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies. Establish and maintain quality control measures to meet LJV's high standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Integration with Marketing Pipeline: Collaborate with marketing to incorporate pipeline forecasts into project planning and client strategies. Leverage marketing insights to strengthen client engagement and align project outcomes with business objectives.
  • LMA Leader: Lead, manage, and hold team accountable to deliver high quality work and achieve project goals. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field 
  • 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple projects 
  • Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified
    Construction Manager (CCM). 
  • CSL Preferred
  • OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 certified 
  • Self-perform experience 
  • In depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations  
  • Effective leadership abilities
