Role
:
BI Analyst (HRIS)

Location:
Boston, MA (on-site)

Experience Level:
8+years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports using BI tools.
  • Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from
    Snowflake
    and other data sources.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on workforce analytics.
  • Automate data workflows and reporting processes using
    Python or R
    .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and HR metrics for reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in HR analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with
    HRIS systems
    ,
    Snowflake
    , and
    data visualization tools
    (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python or R
    (mandatory).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
