We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Inventory Control to join our warehouse team in Fremont on a temporary-to-hire basis. Initially, you will be placed through a staffing agency, with the potential to transition to a permanent position based on performance reviews and company needs. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards in our warehouse/shipping processes.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM (includes a 40-minute unpaid lunch break)

Overtime and Saturday work may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Possess an in-depth understanding of receiving, put-away, and warehouse processing procedures.
  • Capable of identifying and resolving issues related to receiving, put-away, and inventory, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
  • Safely and effectively operate forklifts for daily tasks, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, managing tasks and making decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members to coordinate warehouse activities.

Qualifications:

  • Must be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required to facilitate effective communication within a diverse team.
