The
Regional Manager – Vascular Division
will play a key leadership role in launching and overseeing USFAS's vascular specialty operations. This individual will help develop and execute the operational and growth strategy for newly acquired vascular practices, ensuring a seamless integration into the USFAS network.
As part of the USFAS leadership team, the Regional Manager will oversee day-to-day regional operations, drive financial performance, and ensure exceptional patient and employee satisfaction. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and tactical execution, with responsibilities spanning operations, finance, human resources, and business development.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Partner with senior leadership to execute the strategic plan for expanding the vascular division, including integration of newly acquired practices
- Oversee daily operations across the assigned region to ensure efficient, compliant, and patient-centered performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, office managers, and clinical teams to align on goals and performance expectations
- Monitor key operational and financial metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency
- Lead with data — using operational dashboards, P&L statements, and performance reports to inform decisions and drive accountability
Team & Practice Management
- Manage, mentor, and develop regional office and area managers; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Oversee provider scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to optimize patient access and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies
- Maintain patient and employee satisfaction and retention across all regional offices
Financial & Business Development
- Partner with leadership and finance to develop budgets and track performance against operational targets
- Support new practice acquisitions and onboarding, working closely with integration and support teams
- Assist in developing and executing regional marketing and growth initiatives to increase patient volume and brand awareness
Communication & Collaboration
- Establish regular communication cadences with practice leadership and physicians
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated operational issues and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on performance, opportunities, and regional challenges
Required Education, Skills, And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of healthcare operational leadership experience, specifically within vascular services
- Proven success managing multiple practices or facilities and leading large teams (20+ personnel)
- Experience with practice integration, acquisition, or multi-site management strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance, performance metrics, and quality data
- Working knowledge of medical billing, insurance processes, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- EMR/EHR proficiency; experience with data-driven operational management
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed (up to 50%)
