At Roadside Solutions Inc., we pride ourselves on delivering fast, reliable, and professional service to our customers. We're seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher/shop assistant to join our growing team and help ensure smooth operations and accurate dispatch across all service lines.

Role Overview

The Dispatcher/shop assistant plays a critical role in coordinating service teams and managing billing processes. This position requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and a high level of accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (associate or bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience (highly required).
  • Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in billing and extremely attention to the details.
  • bilingual English /Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in billing or accounting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Key Responsibilities

Dispatching

  • Schedule and dispatch vehicles, drivers, and service teams to customer locations.
  • Monitor routes and vehicle statuses using GPS and dispatch software.
  • Respond to urgent service requests and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Maintain detailed logs of dispatch activities and service confirmations.
  • assist and help in shop warehouse duties like inventory updates, product drop off and pick ups .
  • maintain open communication between customer, driver, dispatcher, third party company and team members
  • Be able to work Monday through Friday without any problems or excuses.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be open minded to learn and be a good listener.

Billing

  • Generate and verify invoices based on services rendered.
  • Track payments, manage outstanding accounts, and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
