We're looking for a skilled and personable Master Aesthetician to join our award-winning team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about skin health, advanced treatments, and building lasting relationships with patients. This role requires clinical expertise, artistry, and the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, HydraFacials, microneedling, chemical peels, and other advanced services (as licensed and trained).
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and create customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Educate patients on skincare routines, product selection, and maintenance strategies for long-term results.
• Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with medical providers and the wider team to ensure seamless, luxury-level care.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and continuing education.

What We're Looking For

• Current Master Esthetician licensed in practicing state (Master Aesthetician preferred).
• 2+ year of hands-on experience in a med spa, dermatology, or luxury spa environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin health, clinical treatments, and medical-grade skincare.
• Professional, polished, and patient-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, collaborative, and driven by results.
• Passionate about aesthetics and committed to long-term growth.
