About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated
Retail Sales Specialist
to engage customers, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This role is perfect for outgoing, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class customer service and create memorable experiences for every guest.
  • Accurately process sales orders, assist with credit applications, and maintain thorough transaction documentation.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns independently whenever possible.
  • Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and daily checklists.
  • Participate in inventory management and loss prevention activities, including bi-annual inventory checks.

Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; outgoing, friendly, and engaging personality.
  • Ability to lift, tug, and pull up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
  • Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
  • Strong attendance and reliability.
