Summary

We are seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our team at Direct Cars For Sale. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide a seamless and respectful car-buying experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on available vehicles and financing options.
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features to potential buyers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and pricing.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have proven experience in Sales, preferably in an Automotive setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing inquiries.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
