Job Description
We are looking for an innovative, creative and agile thinker to shape how AI transforms our sales and marketing processes. The AI Strategy & Transformational Lead sits at the intersection of business strategy, sales strategy, technology adoption and change management. This role is responsible for evaluating emerging AI technologies in conjunction with business process design - reimagining workflows, unlocking productivity, accelerating growth and elevating customer value and experiences. They establish the vision, orchestrate the execution collaboratively across the organization, and scale AI solutions across the selling ecosystem.
In the role, you will serve as a cross-functional leader responsible for shaping and executing AI initiatives that drive measurable impact across go-to-market functions — including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Customer Experience, Commercial Operations, Global Portfolio Engineering and Global Revenue Management. This role bridges strategic planning and execution, partnering with business and technical teams to embed AI into daily employee activities to simplify and increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and accelerate sales cycles.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the AI roadmap for GSM go-to-market (GTM) functions in alignment with enterprise revenue goals, working closely with leaders and stakeholders across GSM
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that extend and scale employee efficiencies and effectiveness to simultaneously improve the customer experience and grow company revenue
- Support AI governance through stakeholders' awareness and guidance on standard company AI processes and tools
- Partner with data science, analytics, and IT teams to oversee and provide business input to the design and build of internal AI solutions that are scalable, ethical, and user-friendly
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure AI initiatives are aligned, delivered, adopted, and drive value across departments
- Co-lead the delivery, training, adoption, and engagement of AI applications with relevant department leaders across GTM employees, ensuring tools are embedded into daily workflows and delivering tangible value.
- Drive AI literacy and change management across GTM teams, enabling adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms that integrate with existing GTM systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, pricing engines, customer data platforms)
- Track and report on AI initiative performance, including ROI, adoption, and business impact.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Operations, or GTM strategy roles.
- 2+ years of experience leading or contributing to AI or data-driven initiatives.
- Experience with AI/ML applications in GTM contexts (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, Adobe Sensei, pricing optimization tools).
- Strong understanding of GTM processes, KPIs, and customer lifecycle management.
- Certifications or coursework in AI, machine learning, or revenue operations.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from 114, ,320 USD annual, with an annual target bonus of 10% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
