About the Role

Promise Center for Autism is hiring for an immediate BCBA position. Applicants must be available from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays.

MUST BE A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) TO QUALIFY.

Responsibilities


• Provide direct supervision and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)


• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans


• Oversee plan modifications and ensure high-quality implementation


• Monitor data collection and analyze progress to guide clinical decisions


• Collaborate with families to support parent training and communication


• Maintain timely documentation, reports, and treatment updates


• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work culture


• Ensure all services align with Promise Center for Autism's values of Compassion, Quality, Connection, and Service

Compensation & Growth:
$80,000–$90,000 starting salary (based on experience/credentials) + quarterly performance bonuses ($5,200–$15,600 annually); salary increases based on performance at 90 days and quarterly thereafter

Qualifications


• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification


• State Licensure as a Behavior Analyst (Texas)


• Reliability – must be able to work 8:30–5:00 or consistent agreed upon availability (1:00–5:00 Monday–Friday required) as well as be on time


• Must be able to uphold PCA's Core Values: Compassion, Quality, Connection, Service


• Must be able to communicate to parents (training provided)


• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.


• Must be able to be active with kids during sessions (lifting, running, etc.)


• Must have CPR/BLS certification or be able to obtain it


• Communication – must be able to communicate using different modes of communication: chats app, text, call, email, etc.
