Position Overview

We're looking for a Catering & Sales Manager to grow our group dining and catering business across multiple restaurant brands. This role is ideal for a polished, people-oriented professional with a strong background in sales and event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage catering and private dining sales
  • Build relationships with corporate and community clients
  • Coordinate event logistics with restaurant teams
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event details
  • Attend networking events and represent DRG Concepts in the community through local marketing

Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of catering and event sales experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven record of achieving sales goals
  • Professional demeanor and service-driven attitude
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple restaurant teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Resy, Open Table, Tripple Seat and knowledge of event or CRM software is a plus
