Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Presenter to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create event marketing strategies.
  • Manage event planning logistics, including venue selection, catering, and guest services.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to secure contracts with vendors and venues.
  • Implement upselling techniques to enhance event offerings and increase revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Oversee budgeting for events, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Maintain organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Utilize time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event management or related fields such as hospitality or restaurant experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Background in marketing, fundraising, or guest services is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with banquet operations and catering services is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in planning and execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management related to events is beneficial.
