What you'll doAs a Roadmap Product Marketing Manager at Docusign, this individual will serve as the strategic voice of the product's future, bridging product innovation with market demand. The role involves leading the development and communication of internal and external product roadmaps, translating complex technical advancements into compelling value propositions. This highly cross-functional position requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and exceptional communication to ensure the product vision is clearly articulated, understood, and successfully brought to market.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Roadmap & Innovation Marketing.
Responsibility
Drive development and maintenance of internal and external product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with product strategy and market needs
Translate complex features and technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse audiences
Manage and execute all communications related to roadmap updates, milestones, and strategic shifts
Gather and synthesize market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap prioritization
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support product launches, growth initiatives, and sales enablement programs
Support product naming, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across all internal and external communications Analyze existing workflows and trackers to identify inefficiencies, recommend, and implement best practices for enhanced productivity and streamlined release management
Develop and monitor KPIs to assess effectiveness of roadmap communication and release processes, providing data-driven reports for continuous improvement
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bringBasic
5+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech product marketing, with deep understanding of complex sales cycles and IT buyer personas
Experience in product marketing with strong program management/operations experience, leading complex marketing programs and GTM initiatives
Experience with enterprise-level marketing and project management tools
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred
MBA or relevant Master's degree
Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions
Ability to build relationships, influence without direct authority, and drive consensus across diverse, cross-functional teams
Strategic mindset connecting product features to market trends and business objectives
Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics into actionable insights
Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple complex projects and deadlines
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute with minimal supervision
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Experience in rapidly evolving environments, adapting to changing priorities and navigating ambiguity
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $114, $177,100.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
