About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Principal Product Manager to help define, develop, and drive the long-term product vision and strategy for our Legal Suite Solutions. This role sits at the intersection of market intelligence, business strategy, and product execution, requiring a unique blend of industry insight, customer empathy, and operational rigor. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, deeply collaborative, and experienced in translating complex market dynamics into clear product priorities. Your primary focus will be identifying and solving the complex data challenges within the law firm—such as recruiting, marketing, business intelligence, practice or accounting.
What You'll Do
- Lead the entire product lifecycle for Insights: from strategy, market research, and customer interviews through business case, go-to-market readiness, and post-launch success.
- Shape Product Vision: Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
- Market Intelligence: Lead ongoing research on industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to create multi-quarter product strategies and investment plans.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate discovery sessions, customer interviews, and strategic workshops to synthesize insights and validate direction.
- Prioritize for Impact: Define outcome-based roadmaps with clear prioritization criteria rooted in ROI, strategic alignment, and market demand.
- Influence Without Authority: Communicate strategy clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and align cross-functional teams around product direction.
- Measure Success: Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate on strategy based on product KPIs, adoption, and business results.
About You
- 8–10 years in Product Management, demonstrated ability to build or modernize complex B2B software products.
- Strong background in SaaS, accounting, finance, legal technology (or adjacent verticals).
- Expert in customer-centric development—understands how to listen, analyze, and translate real-world needs into business and technical requirements.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and relentless about user experience.
- Known for concise communication and strong cross-disciplinary influence.
Bonus
- Experience in launching new products from the ground up; familiarity with the legal or professional services industry.
- Pragmatic Marketing Certification
