Job Description

The Sales Associate plays a critical role in generating new business opportunities for our Janitorial and Building Maintenance services. This is a growth-focused role designed for someone early in their sales career who is motivated to learn, develop strong B2B selling skills, and grow into a full Sales Executive position. You will support the sales team while independently prospecting, building relationships, and scheduling appointments with key decision makers.

Essential Functions


• Identify prospective customers by performing phone calls, emails, and social outreach to business owners, facility managers, property managers, and other decision makers.


• Set qualified appointments for the Sales team and support sales activity that results in consistent monthly revenue growth.


• Assist in developing sales quotes, gathering competitive information, and providing product/service details to prospects.


• Manage all prospecting activity, notes, and follow-up tasks in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.


• Support Sales Executives with presentation materials, appointment scheduling, follow-up communication, and competitor insights.


• Participate in calling and email campaigns to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness.


• Professionally handle inbound inquiries and requests for information.


• Communicate lost accounts or competitive activity within your territory.

Requirements


• Bachelor's Degree OR 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing service, or sales support (B2B preferred)


• Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and appointments simultaneously


• Willingness to learn how to close new business over time

Compensation

$45K-$55K with opportunities for commissions
