Title: Seasonal Operations Associate – Sports Equipment Distribution

TCA Team is a sports distribution company that focuses on providing premium products to athletic organizations to[KS1] enhance performance and life experiences. We partner with competitive select teams, universities, high schools, recreational organizations[KS2] , and corporations. Beyond the dedication to our clients and customers, we aspire to help others in need and influence our communities on and off the field.

The Seasonal Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the order fulfillment process during peak ordering seasons. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sorting and packing orders, assisting with garment decoration, performing quality control, and contributing to various operational projects.

Our goal is to build a team of 15–20 seasonal associates who can assist during high-volume periods. During these times, we will communicate available shifts to the group and offer flexible, optional opportunities to participate. This position provides a great way to earn extra income with minimal ongoing commitment.

Salary/Benefits:

  • Pay: $15.00/hour

Shift: Part Time: Optional, seasonal shifts offered during high volume ordering periods. Most shifts will be offered Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting, picking and packing of orders to be shipped out
  • Quality control on custom orders
  • Garment decoration (DTF heat transfers)
  • Operational projects

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Communication skills
  • Driver's license

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis.
