Join Hood Container Corporation and experience the difference We're a growing leader in the corrugated packaging industry, and we're looking for skilled and motivated corrugated professionals who have experience working on a Flexo Folder Gluer Opening on 2nd Shift (2p - 10p) *+$1.00/hr. Shift Differential.

What You'll Do:

  • Safety first: Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Master our corrugator or converting equipment: Set up and operate either Corrugated Equipment, Rotary Die Cutter, or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
  • Ensure quality: Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Drive efficiency: Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience: At least 6 months of experience operating corrugated industry equipment.
  • Technical skills: Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Safety focus: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
  • Quality Mindset: Working with a one box set up mindset, to ensure quality expectations are met & minimize waste.
  • Team player: Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.
