We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Digital Records Specialist to join our remote administrative and data entry team. In this virtual clerical position, you will be responsible for accurately typing, organizing, and managing digital records and documents in our cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate enjoys independent work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable handling administrative and record-keeping tasks in an online environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and typing of information into company databases and online systems.
  • Review, categorize, and process digital documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and maintain electronic records through document management and record-keeping systems.
  • Organize and file online documents for easy access and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure all data and records are correctly entered and stored.
  • Support virtual team operations with administrative and clerical duties related to document control.
  • Collaborate remotely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth digital workflow.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive records at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in data entry, document processing, or administrative support.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other cloud-based tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines while working remotely.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a virtual team.
  • Comfortable using online platforms and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time
