Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales market leader team across the United States. The ideal candidate will manage, coach, and train a team of 6–10 retired and former law enforcement officers while driving sales results and strengthening our referral source marketing strategy with law enforcement, coroners and medical examiners, victim advocates, and funeral homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Recruit, manage, coach, and train a team of retired and former law enforcement officers to ensure high sales performance and professional development.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive monthly sales results across designated regions.
  • Coaching & Training: Conduct in-person and in-territory "ridealongs" to coach sales market leaders on referral source marketing strategies and sales techniques.
  • Sales Support: Assist market sales leaders in building and closing relationships with key accounts.
  • Coaching on Territory Management: Guide representatives on territory strategy and routing to maximize efficiency and client engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable feedback to team members.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel up to 75% of the time across a region of the United States. Expect two overnight stays per week while visiting sales market leaders.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $115,000 – $130,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus Target: $70,000
