Please Note: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Associate 21 or older to join our team This is a permanent part-time position scheduled Monday–Thursday mornings and (or) Monday - Thursday afternoons. These are NOT seasonal positions—we DO NOT offer summer or temporary roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Open and or close shop

  • Greet and assist customers

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries

  • Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, and data entry

  • Maintain product inventory

  • Attend meetings and events

  • Craft skin care products by following recipes

-Maintain the store cleanliness

  • Must be able to follow simple instructions

-Package and ship online orders

Qualifications:

- Must be 21 or older

  • Previous experience in customer service preferred

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Square, WooCommerce , Google and Microsoft word.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Knowledge of common measurements ie : Grams , Pounds, Ounces etc.

This position is permanent part-time. WE DO NOT OFFER TEMPORARY POSITIONS. No summer / seasonal roles.
