We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in West Palm Beach. You'll connect with businesses, build relationships, and help clients leverage innovative solutions across our fast-growing companies in marketing, healthcare, technology, and digital signage.

This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, enjoys helping businesses grow, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience with outbound calls or business development is a big plus — and if you have an interest in tech, even better

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound and follow-up calls to warm leads — no cold calling
  • Help onboard new customers and ensure a smooth experience
  • Follow up on opportunities and keep deals moving through the pipeline
  • Support customer inquiries and help manage billing and account updates
  • Use CRM software to track activity and manage relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with promotions and campaigns
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with B2B outbound calls or inside sales
  • Strong phone communication skills — confident, friendly, and professional
  • Familiarity with CRMs and comfort using digital tools
  • Proven ability to follow up, build rapport, and close opportunities
  • Positive, proactive attitude with solid organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
