About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team and lead AI-focused projects within a dynamic matrix organization. This role requires a professional who is equally comfortable managing complex projects, engaging stakeholders, and producing high-quality technical documentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a strong blend of project management, business analysis, and technical writing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Governance

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
  • Define project governance models and reporting cadences to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Lead project planning sessions and ensure deliverables align with strategic objectives.

Execution & Monitoring

  • Track project progress against milestones, KPIs, and budget.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and escalation of issues.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and actionable weekly/monthly status reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units.

Business Analysis & Technical Writing

  • Conduct business and process analysis to support project objectives.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation including URS, BRD, and test cases.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.

Tools & Reporting

  • Utilize client-approved tools for tracking and reporting (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visual aids to support executive-level reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management and/or business analysis in a matrix organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with technical writing (URS, BRD, test cases).
  • Comfortable working on AI or technology-driven projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, IT, or related field preferred; experience in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus.
