About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic and inclusive engineering team in New York City. In this hybrid role, you'll help build and scale high-quality, customer-centric web applications and APIs that drive our core products and services.

You'll work across the full stack — from crafting intuitive front-end interfaces to developing and optimizing robust back-end systems. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to grow in a collaborative, flexible, and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs
  • Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks
  • Develop backend systems using , Python, or Java
  • Create and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
  • Manage and optimize databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and code review processes
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness across platforms

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a Full Stack or similar engineering role
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, , or equivalent frameworks
  • Backend development experience in , Python, or Java
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with version control (Git) and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, , or serverless architecture
  • Passion for mentorship, diversity in tech, or supporting women in engineering
  • Interest in UX/UI design or accessibility best practices
