Our client is a rapidly growing technology organization that designs secure, high-performance infrastructure supporting data-intensive and mission-critical applications. As they expand their platform capabilities, they're seeking an experienced
Platform Engineer
to help shape and scale their next-generation cloud and edge environments.

THE PLATFORM ENGINEER ROLE

As the company's first dedicated Platform Engineer, you'll work directly with technology leadership to build, automate, and optimize the organization's cloud infrastructure. You'll design Kubernetes-based environments on AWS, develop and deploy Cloudflare Workers, and ensure compliance, scalability, and security across all systems. This is a hands-on engineering role with strategic influence, focused on building a resilient and efficient platform that accelerates product delivery.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • 5–10 years of experience in platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
  • Strong background in
    Kubernetes (EKS)
    and
    AWS
    environments
  • Experience with
    Cloudflare Workers
    ,
    TypeScript
    , and edge deployments
  • Skilled in building
    CI/CD pipelines
    using GitHub Actions, Helm, or similar tools
  • Hands-on experience with
    PostgreSQL
    for data integration and security
  • Familiarity with
    monitoring tools
    such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
  • Knowledge of
    DevSecOps practices
    and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST)
  • Proven ability to automate, secure, and scale production systems
