Position Summary

The Senior Implementation Leader is responsible for overseeing complex healthcare technology implementations across hospitals, health systems, and provider networks. This role requires deep clinical expertise, program management excellence, and a proven ability to translate business, regulatory, and quality goals into actionable technical and operational outcomes. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse (RN) with extensive experience leading health-tech SaaS deployments, revenue cycle optimization, and clinical documentation initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of healthcare SaaS platforms, including discovery, integration, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between client executives, clinical stakeholders, and internal technical teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects across population health, value-based care, and quality reporting solutions (e.g., MIPS, HEDIS, CMS).
  • Drive client success and satisfaction through proactive communication, education, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with internal product and data teams to translate regulatory changes into system and workflow updates.
  • Develop and manage performance scorecards, dashboards, and reporting tools that measure progress toward clinical and financial KPIs.
  • Build executive-level trust and facilitate collaboration between technical, clinical, and operational teams.
  • Mentor and coach implementation teams, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
  • Proven record of managing end-to-end implementations of health-tech or SaaS platforms within hospitals or provider organizations.
  • Deep understanding of clinical documentation improvement (CDI), population health, quality reporting (MIPS/HEDIS/CMS), and mid-revenue cycle optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across clinical, IT, and executive domains.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.) and healthcare analytics platforms.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing; advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Informatics, or related field preferred.
