Role Purpose
The Global Director of the BDR Team is responsible for defining and executing Jumio's worldwide pipeline generation strategy for our B2B Identity Intelligence enterprise software solutions. This role leads a high-performing, geographically distributed team to deliver predictable, scalable opportunity creation that fuels global revenue growth.

This leader plays a pivotal role in aligning global go-to-market execution, ensuring consistency across all regions, and maximizing pipeline efficiency. By building and mentoring a world-class BDR organization, they enable Jumio to expand its enterprise reach, accelerate revenue, and strengthen alignment between Sales and Marketing.
Example Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and execute Jumio's global BDR strategy in alignment with company sales and GTM objectives.
- Lead and scale regional BDR managers and teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, ensuring alignment and accountability for regional targets.
- Oversee career pathing, compensation structure, and enablement programs to drive global team performance and engagement.
- Implement advanced account-based outbound prospecting strategies for target and enterprise-level accounts.
- Partner with Product Marketing to refine messaging and ensure consistent global value articulation to senior and C-level audiences.
- Standardize global BDR playbooks, workflows, and CRM processes to drive conversion efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales and Marketing teams to optimize campaign follow-up, pipeline handoff, and SLA performance.
- Report on global pipeline performance, KPIs, and insights to executive leadership while ensuring CRM data accuracy and transparency.
- Drive global adoption of sales engagement tools and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) to enable data-driven execution.
Experience and Qualifications
- 7+ years of BDR/SDR leadership experience, including 3+ years managing global teams.
- Proven success leading global pipeline generation for B2B enterprise software organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and scale high-performing, multi-regional teams.
- Strong analytical and operational skills with a data-driven management approach.
- Expert proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Great to Have Experience and Qualifications
- Background in identity, security, KYC, or related SaaS enterprise technology.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise qualification methodologies.
- Experience in fast-scaling, matrixed, or global SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated success aligning Sales, Marketing, and Operations on global GTM strategies.
The hiring range for this position includes a base salary from $120,000 to $150,000. This is based on Jumio's US national salary band for the role. Geographical adjustment is applied for tier 1 locations and more may be available based on your skills and experience.
This position also qualifies for uncapped sales commission.
