Description

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or a related field and/or 2+ year's experience in marketing or project coordination.

Skills: Proven project coordination skills overseeing multiple projects and processes. Detail-oriented, well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines and structure. Ability to prioritize and track multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to maintain excellent relationships with vendors. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite. Skilled in problem solving and taking initiative. Experience with Classy and Asana (or similar platforms) preferred. Database knowledge referred. Knowledge of ministry and nonprofit specific marketing desired. Must have a thorough understanding of, and dedication to, the vision of Mercy Multiplied, along with demonstrated Christian work ethics.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Function as the main point of contact for all marketing needs within the organization.

· Assign the Marketing team's tasks with deadlines to Asana.

· Manage the Content Calendar and assign tasks in Asana for the content team, including the social media, Eblast, Web Story, and Blog calendars and tasks.

· Attend Content Meetings as Content Meeting Secretary to take notes, assign tasks as discussed, and follow up with assigned tasks.

· Proactively work and communicate with other departments to ensure their marketing needs are completed with excellence based on deadlines created when looking at the overarching project priorities.

· Assign timelines and deadlines for projects; carry project from concept to completion, including but not limited to:

· Management of segmenting decisions and provides these options to the team.

· Solicitation and management of pricing and bids from vendors.

· Working closely with outsourced print jobs from start to completion.

· Function as key administrator for all collateral needs.

· Record and track direct mail and e-appeal results- yearly marketing analysis chart.

· Improve processes, develop, and implement new ones, when necessary.

· Trouble shoot and problem solve, as needed.

· Work alongside Senior Director, Marketing to manage automations on various platforms.

· Store and label all ministry photos and videos.

· Manage all media releases.

· Manage website maintenance requests.

· Light website development- serves as backup for changes to website, store, and troubleshooting.

· Utilize Classy for all event registrations such as KTF Retreats, MPower, MMCB, FOML, Peer-to-Peer, and other event registrations as needed for Mercy. Send all event communications, as needed, through Classy.

· Assists Senior Director, Marketing with projects, as needed.

· Working alongside Digital Communications Specialist, upload episodes to Transistor and podcast to YouTube.

Testimonial Curator:

· Coordinate/gather testimonials from residents/clients/participants of Mercy's programs and services, ensuring all necessary permissions are obtained, and submit them to the Digital Communications Specialist for review.

· Develop and maintain a structured library of finalized testimonials, categorizing and tagging each story with relevant keywords for easy retrieval. Ensure all testimonials are properly stored and organized for future use across digital platforms, campaigns, and promotional materials. Regularly update the system to keep content easily accessible and searchable by key themes or topics.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, optional remote day on Friday

Compensation: $45,000-$47,000/year

The Mercy Multiplied Center for Wellness and Counseling is Mercy's free-of-charge Outpatient counseling Program for men and women aged 13 and older. Our Outreach Services train and resource men and women to effectively support and minister to those who are hurting and struggling through workshops, videos, podcasts, discipleship teaching, and other practical resources.
