Job Title: Oracle OTM Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA (Preferred) / Remote within the U.S.

Role Overview

The Oracle OTM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions to streamline freight operations, enhance logistics visibility, and improve cost efficiency. The role demands hands-on expertise in OTM functional processes and integration, coupled with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead or support OTM implementation and enhancements, including configuration, data setup, and workflow design.

· Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define transportation, logistics, and order management requirements.

· Design and implement OTM modules — Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, and Settlement.

· Integrate OTM with ERP, WMS, and 3PL systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud, EDI, APIs).

· Conduct unit testing, system testing, and UAT support; troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

· Prepare technical and functional documentation, SOPs, and training material.

· Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, IT, Finance) to drive continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.

· 6-10 years of experience in Oracle OTM functional consulting or solution delivery.

· Strong understanding of transportation planning, optimization, and execution processes.

· Experience with integration design between OTM and ERP/WMS systems.

· Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and issue resolution.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and client-interaction skills—able to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Nice to Have (Preferred)

· Oracle OTM Cloud Certification or Oracle Logistics Cloud certification.

· Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or SOA-based integrations.

· Familiarity with supply chain/logistics domain.

· Exposure to AI/ML-driven transportation optimization or analytics tools.
