The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution within the food and beverage sector, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and implement operational improvements, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage communication and change management plans to support business growth, compliance, and continuous improvement across production, supply chain, and quality functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and monitor project plans related to production efficiency, product launches, and facility upgrades.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and ROI documentation while ensuring adherence to food safety and regulatory standards.
- Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, R&D, and procurement teams to enhance operational capability.
- Design and implement change management and communication plans supporting organizational transformation.
- Analyze performance data to optimize production processes, cost, and resource utilization.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with F&B industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in project management within the food and beverage or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
