About the Role

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing order fulfillment, invoicing, and inventory for MCM's e-commerce operations. You'll ensure clients receive their products on time and with exceptional service, while helping to optimize systems and processes that support our continued growth.

This is a hands-on role that combines logistics, organization, and client service — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives on operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently through MCM's e-commerce platform.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service regarding orders, delivery, and product availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track trends, and communicate restock needs to leadership.
  • Maintain warehouse organization for fast and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate local deliveries using company vehicles to serve dealership clients.
  • Track KPIs and contribute to growth goals for sales and fulfillment performance.
  • Assist with dealership sponsorship events, setup, and logistics coordination.
  • Support merchandising, promotions, and special projects as needed.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail, or order fulfillment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Professional and courteous communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable operating company vehicles for local deliveries.
  • A proactive, dependable, and adaptable mindset with a passion for process improvement.
