Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Partnerships  Manager to join our growing team to work closely with brand partners and agencies in the North America region. This commission-based role is ideal for a self-starter with a sports marketing background, a passion for the Paralympic movement, and a proven track record of building and maintaining high-value partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring an existing network of brands and agency relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.     

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, and endorsement opportunities for Dromos Agency athletes.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketing agencies, event organizers, and media outlets.
  • Collaborate with athletes to develop compelling partnership proposals and activation plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnership terms that align with athlete goals and agency standards.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, sports marketing opportunities, and brand activation strategies.
  • Represent the agency and its athletes with professionalism and enthusiasm at events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sports marketing, brand partnerships, athlete representation, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of securing and managing sponsorship deals.
  • Established network of brand and agency contacts, ideally with experience in sports, lifestyle, and consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Paralympic movement and passion for advancing adaptive sports.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated to succeed in a commission-only role.

: If you have watched the Paralympic Games or follow Paralympians or elite athletes with a disability closely on social media.
