About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and entrepreneurial Real Estate Agent who is passionate about real estate and driven to grow into a top-producing agent. In this unique hybrid role, you'll play a critical part in scaling a high-performing real estate business while building your own book of business alongside a seasoned agent.
This position is ideal for someone with long-term aspirations in real estate sales but who understands the importance of learning operational excellence, marketing strategy, client service, and systems development to build a scalable and sustainable business.
You will work closely with Lisa DelGiudice Ha, a top-performing agent, to execute on day-to-day business operations, marketing, and client service—while progressively taking on more leadership and production responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution – 30%
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including scheduling and creating content on owned Social Media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Film, edit, and upload professional YouTube content monthly to expand our digital footprint
- Design, write, and distribute email campaigns such as a monthly client newsletter with market insights and update
- Support client gifting, seasonal outreach campaigns, and event coordination
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) including content creation and performance tracking
Operations & Systems – 5%
- Maintain and organize Compass CRM, ensuring all leads and clients are properly tagged, segmented, and followed up on
- Develop and refine SOPs (standard operating procedures) for lead nurturing, onboarding, transaction management, and past-client care
- Implement automations and workflows to streamline business operations
Transaction & Listing Management – 5%
- Oversee transaction logistics from accepted offer to close: coordinate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, smoke certs, utility readings, etc.
- Prepare listing timelines, manage vendors for pre-listing prep (stagers, photographers, contractors), and ensure listings go live on time
- Maintain compliance with state and brokerage paperwork requirements.
Client Relations & Sales Support – 30%
- Assist with open houses, showings, and property tours (must have a license and access to car)
- Conduct outreach to leads, past clients, and sphere to maintain high-touch communication
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and keep communication clear, professional, and proactive
- Help manage and execute on client appreciation initiatives, events, and milestone touchpoints
Personal Sales & Business Growth – 30%
- Build your own client pipeline under the guidance and mentorship of Lisa DelGiudice Ha
- Execute your own transactions with support, using the same tools and systems
- Participate in local networking, prospecting, and community engagement
- Shadow and learn sales language, market knowledge, objection handling, and negotiation strategies to become a full-time producer within 12–24 months
Who You Are
- Entrepreneurial: You ultimately want to be in production and build your own business, but you understand the importance of learning the backend first.
- Detail-Oriented: You catch what others miss, especially when it comes to contracts, deadlines, and client communications.
- Self-Starter: You take initiative and thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with platforms like Canva, Instagram, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and video editing tools like CapCut or Final Cut Pro.
- Customer-Centric: You're a natural relationship builder who wants every client interaction to be five stars.
- Organized & Process-Driven: You know how to create workflows and systems to keep a business running smoothly.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years in a high-performance environment (real estate, corporate, startup, or
consulting)
- Experience in real estate, client services, or transaction coordination is a major plus
- Social media marketing or content creation experience preferred
- Real estate license
Compensation
Compensation for this role will be based on experience and structured as a mix of salary, commission, and bonuses. Unlike a traditional real estate agent role, which is typically 100% commission-based, this position provides a steady income component while you build your skills and grow your own business. It's an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of a high-performing real estate agent, gain hands-on experience, and develop a strong foundation for a successful career in real estate—with the added benefit of financial assistance as you get going.
