Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial Strategic Channel Account Executive to accelerate DTiQ's U.S. channel growth, with a focus on the drive-thru technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building new relationships, closing deals, and creating scalable revenue streams. You'll identify, recruit, onboard, and grow a portfolio of strategic reseller and referral partners serving QSR, C-Store, and retail brands.

Your expertise will help partners deliver integrated drive-thru performance solutions, combining vision and loop timers with 3rd party integrations. To improve speed of service, guest experience, and profitability. Your work will directly expand DTiQ's market reach by empowering partners to take our industry-leading video intelligence and analytics solutions to their end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Acquisition & Development

  • Identify, recruit, and activate new resellers, VARs, and system integrators that serve the restaurant, C-Store, and coffee drive-thru markets.
  • Target partners currently deploying POS, timers, menu boards, or surveillance systems into QSR brands.
  • Execute daily outreach and prospecting to grow our U.S. channel footprint.

Enablement & Revenue Growth

  • Train partners on DTiQ's DriveThruIQ and VideoIQ solutions — from technical setup to ROI positioning.
  • Collaborate with partners to package and sell integrated offerings (e.g., timers + NVRs + camera software + analytics).
  • Develop and deliver playbooks, competitive positioning, and co-branded campaigns that help partners close business.

Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Penetrate new regions and verticals by identifying high-growth markets and influential channel players.
  • Support strategic alliances with manufacturers, distributors, and service providers in the QSR tech ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored messaging and GTM motions to brands such as Inspire and YUM.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Build and maintain a strong partner pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring every opportunity is logged and tracked.
  • Report regularly on channel metrics, revenue impact, and partner performance.
  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, every lead, every activity, every update.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in channel or partner sales within QSR technology, surveillance, or restaurant operations.
  • Experience selling or managing accounts involving: POS, drive thru timers, cameras, digital signage, or AI analytics.
  • Existing network of drive-thru technology resellers or system integrators strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing partner ecosystems.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and disciplined about data accuracy.
  • Excellent communicator, confident presenting to both technical and business audiences.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
