About the Role:-

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale multifamily electrical projects.
  • This role demands technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to leverage industry relationships to support company growth. If you're honest, hardworking, and skilled at managing complex timelines and teams, this is an opportunity to lead with impact.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage multiple large-scale multifamily electrical projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate field operations, materials procurement, and subcontractor scheduling.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Oversee project documentation, budgets, change orders, and reporting.
  • Track job costs and profitability with detailed oversight.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to superintendents, foremen, and site staff.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Support staffing by recruiting electricians and foremen as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and client expectations.
  • Attend onsite meetings and maintain visible job site presence.

Qualifications:-

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily electrical construction.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred: Journeyman Electrician License.
  • Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Proven success managing large, multi-phase multifamily projects.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management expertise.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to recruit, lead, and maintain trusted trade relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities.
