Are you an experienced residential cleaner looking for flexible, high-paying work? We're a fast-growing cleaning company and we're looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as independent contractors

This is perfect for you if you:

· Have experience with residential cleaning (including standard, deep cleans, move-ins/outs)

· Can provide your own reliable transportation and cleaning supplies

· Are comfortable working independently and meeting client expectations

· Value flexible scheduling and autonomy

Here's what you'll do:

· Perform high-quality cleaning jobs at homes or apartments in Southern Maryland

· Accept jobs that fit your availability (weekly, bi-weekly, one-time, etc.)

· Communicate with office team via an application for job details and updates

· Get paid weekly as a 1099 contractor

Requirements:
