We're seeking a creative and strategic
Engagement & Communications Senior
Analyst*
to elevate our internal voice and drive employee engagement/connections. In this role, you'll help drive internal communications and engagement efforts that bring our culture, values, and employee experience to life. From crafting compelling content and managing editorial calendars to supporting executive communications and amplifying our employer brand, you'll be at the center of how we inform and inspire our teams. In addition to your primary role driving internal communications and engagement, you'll also serve as a backup for our external communications team when needed. If you're a natural storyteller with strong writing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with on-site presence Tuesday – Thursday combining flexibility with team collaboration.

*What You'll Do*
- Help develop and manage the internal communications calendar, ensuring timely, relevant, and coordinated messaging across all People & Culture initiatives.
- Drive project execution across multiple internal communication efforts, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment with precision and agility.
- Uncover and craft compelling stories from across the business — highlighting technology, customer impact, and employee experiences — and packaging them into engaging content for newsletters, intranet, emails, videos, and more.
- Capture and elevate the employee voice by synthesizing feedback from Global All- Hands meetings, site visits, and other engagement forums into strategic insights for quarterly executive updates.
- Manage the Inspire employee engagement program budget, ensuring responsible allocation of funds and providing regular reporting on usage, impact, and ROI.
- Support the coordination of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by serving as a key point of contact, providing guidance, resources, and operational support to ensure alignment with company culture and engagement goals.
- Design, develop, and draft creative content for our SharePoint intranet, transforming complex information into visually engaging, user-friendly pages that inform, connect, and inspire our employees. information into visually engaging, user-friendly pages that inform, connect, and inspire our employees.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy in all communications, maintaining alignment with brand voice, tone, and business priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Public Relations, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications to ensure alignment and cohesion across messages.
- Assist with the development of executive communications, including drafting messaging for earnings, creating content for Global All-Hands meetings, and supporting leadership visibility efforts.
- Curate content for social media that amplifies our employer brand, celebrates our culture, and resonates emotionally with current and prospective talent.
- Maintain and continuously enhance intranet content focusing on storytelling around culture, careers, engagement, and other strategic and business priorities.
- Support a variety of People & Culture initiatives through research, benchmarking, and project coordination—including sustainability, compliance, and employee training programs.
- Support our Public Relations and Marketing teams with external communications efforts on an as needed basis. This may include drafting news releases, writing content for social channels, assisting with website content, and more.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-wide engagement and internal & external communication strategies within a global organization, driving alignment, employee connection, and cultural consistency across regions.
- Naturally curious and creative, with a sharp eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and formats.
- Proficient in developing and designing presentations, especially in PowerPoint, with an eye for clarity and visual impact.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model — independently productive while highly collaborative.
- Flexibility in work schedule for crunch periods is required.
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems for web publishing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to support visual content creation.
- Basic video editing skills for short-form internal or social media content.
- Knowledge of digital design principles and best practices for multi-channel content.
