We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in our partner's platform to join our team. As an Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting our partner's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with our partner's client's user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world's hardest problems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide desk-side training to analysts
  • Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
  • Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows
  • Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gaps
  • Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
  • Remain current and up to date on latest platform features and capabilities
  • Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues
  • Provide timely and detailed feedback to the engineering team about product
  • Consistently communicate product or user issues to the team

Requirements
Required Qualifications:

  • 4 – 7 years of overall experience
  • Prior experience building workshop applications
  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
  • Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/typescript
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time if needed
  • TS/SCI clearance eligibility as required by U.S. Government contract
  • US Citizen as required by U.S. Government contract

Desired Qualifications

  • Recent and in-depth hands-on experience with our partner's platforms
  • Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience
  • Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders

Working Environment
Location – Georgetown, DC. This role is 5x on-site in office

eSimplicity supports a hybrid work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by your manager.

Occasional travel for training and project meetings. It is estimated to be less than 5% per year.
