We own and operate a network of websites powered by internet advertising campaigns that directly generate millions of dollars for our partner law firms. Located in Boston's Seaport district, we have been in business since 2009 and are looking to accelerate our growth in 2026.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Boston-based candidate who is an up-and-coming sales leader with
2-4 years of experience in management/sales/customer service
to work with our client success, sales, and BDR teams. These teams are responsible for
identifying, closing, and maintaining a client
network spanning across the country.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle the Entire Sales Cycle:
    You and your team will own the cycle from first contact to close of sale
  • Educate Prospective Clients:
    Provide law firms with the benefits of our marketing solution against other available options.
  • Collaborate on Sales Strategies:
    Devise new pricing, outreach, and other relevant strategies to increase the sales output of your team.
  • Hit Sales Targets:
    Guide your team to close accounts (law firms) across the U.S.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Natural Leader:
    Inspire and manage a team.
  • Experience:
    2-4 years of experience in management, sales, or account management, ideally selling B2B digital marketing products or services.
  • Collaborative Teammate:
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Strategic Thinker:
    Experience devising and testing new strategies to increase buyer interest.
  • Accountability:
    Organized, results-oriented, and goal-driven with excellent time management.
  • Great Communicator:
    Outstanding communication skills.
  • People-Person:
    Passionate and energetic with excellent relationship development skills.
