The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty.

We're looking for passionate professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes. As a Technical Program Manager, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner to managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless business operations and driving impact at scale. In this role, you will leverage your leadership skills and subject matter expertise to drive strategic initiatives that help customers unlock the full value of their Azure investments. Your work will empower organizations to transform their business and operations through cutting-edge AI solutions built on Azure. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home other than required travel for customer, employee, business meetings as needed.
