Senior US Tax Consultant
- Hybrid / Boston, MA

We are assisting our client, a consulting firm, in their search for a Tax Manager to oversee U.S. income tax accounting, compliance, and reporting. This role involves tax return preparation, financial statement analysis, and process improvements. Ideal for candidates with tax accounting experience who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax compliance, including federal and state returns
  • Oversee tax provisions and financial reporting processes
  • Support domestic and international tax projects
  • Analyze inter-company transactions and assist with tax audits
  • Contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 3+ years of tax accounting or compliance experience preferred
  • CPA and/or MST preferred
  • Familiarity with tax research software, HFM, or SAP is a plus
